​This engaging workshop provides attendees with clear definitions of implicit bias, privilege, micro-aggression and resultant inequity.  Participants work in small groups to understand the relationships between these elements.

Participants in this workshop dig deep into organizational development and organizational change.  To combat systemic issues, participants are guided on systemic solutions.

Dr. Hosley has joined the movement that pushes organizations away from simply "not being racist" to being "anti-racist".  This is eye-opening and liberating with direct impact to team productivity.

Participants in this intriguing workshop explore how to effectively work with and engage with other cultures in the workplace, in educational institutions and in the community.

This series is called "Stocks 4 Everyday People".  Ticey went from knowing nothing about stock trading to a multi-6 figure portfolio in less than a year.  Dr. Hosley shares this experience to inspire those who don't typically have access to the knowledge and actions that unlock their own financial freedom.
